As a foundational spirit, Rittenhouse is ripe for fusing international flavors. Take a trip with this Japanese-inspired Highball.

Ingredients

5½ teaspoons Rittenhouse
Straight Rye Whisky
1½ teaspoons Campari^®
1 teaspoon CHOYA Excellent
Plum Liqueur
1 teaspoon CHOYA Kokuto
Plum Liqueur*
4 ounces Club Soda

Bartender's Notes

Fill a Highball glass with ice cubes and put aside. Add all the ingredients, except the club soda, to a mixing glass and stir. Pour the mixture into the prepared Highball glass and top with club soda. Stir gently to blend.

*Note: This cocktail recipe calls for two types of plum liqueur with different flavor profiles, one with a balance of acidity and sweetness and the other with more richness. If you can only find one, that is fine. But if you only use one type, increase the amount to 2 teaspoons.
