Straight Rye Whisky - 1½ teaspoons Campari®
- 1 teaspoon CHOYA Excellent
Plum Liqueur - 1 teaspoon CHOYA Kokuto

I first tried Rittenhouse Rye in 2007 when I was just starting out as a bartender at Pegu Club in New York City. We used Rittenhouse as our house whisky for both our Old Fashioneds and Manhattans. It’s a powerful, high-proof Rye Whisky that showcases spicier notes, which can be great in cocktails.
