Ever wonder how the Old Fashioned stays so popular? Wander into this Scandinavian spin on a classic cocktail turned contemporary.

Ingredients

1 ½ ounces Rittenhouse
Straight Rye Whisky
½ ounce Aquavit
¼ ounce Chai Honey
2 dashes Aromatic Bitters
Dehydrated Blood Orange
Wheel (Garnish)

Bartender's Notes

Add all of the ingredients to a mixing glass and fill with ice. Stir, and strain into a Rocks glass filled with a single big ice cube. Garnish with dehydrated blood orange wheel.
