DALE DEGROFF
The King of Cocktails
The first time I had Rittenhouse Straight Rye Whisky was in 1970, when I first started bartending. But back then I wasn't focused on my bar career, I was trying to be an actor. I got serious about Rittenhouse in 2003 when I was the cocktail director for Jonathan Downey's Match Bar Group in London, as it was already the established Rye in the London bar scene.
