My first taste of Rittenhouse Rye came more than a decade ago when I was just starting out as a bartender. It quickly became the benchmark Rye for myself and my cocktails. I especially loved the Bottled-in-Bond aspect, which sparked a lifelong love of Bottled-in-Bond products—even my Instagram and blog name. To this day, I still have a bottle of Rittenhouse Very Rare 25 Year Old I bought when I was 25. I enjoy a small dram every year on my birthday.
