Ingredients
- 1 ¾ ounces Rittenhouse
Straight Rye Whisky - ¼ ounce Luxardo Bitter Bianco
- 1 ounce Celery Juice
- 1 ounce Prickly Pear Puree
- ½ ounce Lemon Juice
- ½ ounce Simple Syrup (1:1 ratio)
- 3 dashes Miracle Mile Celery
Coconut Bitters - Dragon Fruit (Garnish)
- Celery Leaves (Garnish)

I love pairing Rittenhouse with vegetal flavors.
The Rye’s cacao and citrus notes work well with the prickly
pear and coconut bitters, giving the cocktail a nice tropical
layer. The little touch of Bitter Bianco gives an added
touch of bitterness and citrus notes.
